SDSU ISTMP student members come from various parts of the world such as:

  • Africa (Ghana, Mauritius, Morocco, etc.)
  • Asia (Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Laos, Malaysia, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Vietnam, etc.)
  • Caribbean (Cuba and Dominican Republic, etc.)
  • South and Central America (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, etc.)
  • Europe (Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Moldova, Norway, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, etc.)
  • North America (Mexico, etc.)
  • Oceania (Australia, Tonga, etc.)

The program serves students between the ages of 20 to 39 with academic majors ranging from Engineering, Educational Technology, Arts and Sciences to Business Administration and Finance. Students are here for a minimum of one semester and may stay for as long as five to six years to obtain their undergrad, graduate and post graduate degrees. The program also serves scholars and/or career professionals who are here for further enhancement of their academic and professional skills.
